A striking two-bedroom home built from scratch on a tight footprint, utilising SIP (Structural Insulated Panel) construction for speed and efficiency. Designed to defy spatial constraints with vertical ingenuity, this house features solar panels, black matte steel balustrades, and clever lighting innovations to create a bright, airy, and highly functional living space.
